Join us for a very special and quite different episode of Keeping Time. We are joined today by the well-known and highly-regarded Instagram watch collector/aficionado, @Horomariobro. Rather than just post pics of his watches, @Horomariobro has built an incredible following thru his insightful posts which highlight incredible finishing details and even show comparisons between different watches. With a superb eye for detail, @Horomariobro showcases superb macro imagery and slow motion videos which draw fellow enthusiasts deep into his world of Haute Horlogerie.
During the process of collecting watches, @Horomariobro discovered the incredible work of Armin Strom as well as the strong focus on Independent watchmaking by Oster Jewelers. Discussions began for an Armin Strom Piece Unique Pure Resonance. During the process, Keeping Time host Jeremy Oster and Claude Greisler collaborated with @Horomariobro to realize a truly special creation, without compromise and filled with details and finishes befitting one of the watch world’s most unique and fascinating mechanical complications, Resonance (see Episode 2, Season 7 with Claude Greisler for an in-depth discussion of Resonance).
