Sylva & Cie is truly a unique and talented designer. The brand has the ability to build extremely complex designs in settings while creating unrivaled work with gemstones such as rubies, sapphires, and opals. The stunning snake enhancer, seen below is set in 18k white gold and has 1.5 karats of bezel set diamonds.  More intriguing is the hand carved opal snakes set into the center of the amulet, this opal is unique because of its more blueish tone when more commonly it is found to have a much whiter tone.
